CEE525 Basic VLSI Systems Design
This course provides an introduction to VLSI technology and VLSI systems design. Topics covered include: introduction to integrated circuits manufacturing sequence; semi-custom and full-custom design approaches; placement and routing for top-down design approach; single-layer routing and applications; cell generation and programmable structure; multi-level minimization; compaction and performance; and testability of VLSI.

Lectures will be accompanied by copies of all presented material.

A certification shall be granted to every participant who completes the course.
Course schedule and registration times
Class runs 8:30 am - 5:30 pm each day.
Registration is on the first day morning from 8:00 - 8:25 am.
